You can then select the workout category that best suits what your body needs.

HOME WORKOUT STYLES

Below are the class categories that allow you to navigate through the video library with ease, breaking it down so that you can identify the type of workout you want to do.
Within each of these styles you can then search by duration, body part, or workout level 
( Calm, Active, Burn )
you wish to accomplish.

These classes introduce cardio and strength elements, creating that deep burn whilst allowing you still work at your own pace.

PILATES YOGA FLOW

PILATES YOGA FLOW
Active

These classes include a unique blend of flowing movements incorporating both Pilates and Yoga poses to lengthen, strengthen and stretch.

BARRE & SCULPT

PILATES TONE & SCULPT
Active / Burn

These classes provide toning and sculpting for your entire body. Mat Pilates based workouts using your own body weight to create that balanced body.

STRETCH & RELEASE

STRETCH RELEASE UNWIND
Calm

These classes allow you to release, stretch and mobilise the body to create freedom throughout. Along with meditation to calm and unwind your mind, body and soul.

PILATES & EQUIPMENT
Active / Burn

Great if your looking to add some intensity to your moves or add variety to your workouts. Incorporates equipment such as bands, chi ball, hand weights and more.
