Service Description

Using the art of colour therapy, learn what they represent and enjoy a moment to create your own unique mandala art piece. Then dive deeper and receive a card reading to guide you into a gentle movement and meditation session. Please bring water, socks, your own mat if desired and reading glasses if required. Mats, bolsters, eye pillows, blankets and all materials related to the workshop will be provided.
