This Retreat includes an incredible list of holistic modalities that will not only help you transform but give you the tools to utilise in your everyday life. I invite you to delve deep into understanding your inner workings through embodiment, trust barriers, and self worth. Enjoy movement sessions including Yoga, Pilates and Stretching. Create unique pieces for enhancing your connection to whole self. Receive guidance on soul callings or burning questions. Be taken on a journey to an ancient sacred land where you will feel connections to Love, Compassion, Kindness and Creativity through guided meditation. Be part of a signature transformative program to bring a new sense of Calm, Clarity & Grounded Connection.  Day will include in any order - embodiment session - movement session - meditation session - creative session - learning and writing session - card readings - healings - lunch Break - afternoon tea/ snack break Bring: Water, socks, reading glasses if required, your own mat or towel if you desire. Provided: Mats, bolsters, eye pillows, blankets, props, all creative pieces and take home bag. Please note: lunch is not provided in this retreat, however there are many amazing places in the immediate surroundings to choose from. You will be given 1hr lunch break to go and eat.
